By accessing or using ViralOps (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ViralOps is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate videos, ads, images, and other content using artificial intelligence. The Service includes tools for trend analysis, script generation, video creation, voice synthesis, and social media management.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Credit-based usage (AI video generation, voice synthesis, etc.) is deducted from your account balance. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Unused credits are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond what is provided by the platform

6. Content Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain ownership of the text, images, and other materials you provide as inputs to the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms, you own the content generated by the Service based on your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and generated content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
